These roles are designed to support our students in exploring, developing, and achieving their career aspirations in alignment with their individual goals and interests. Our courses enable students to apply broad business concepts, developing relevant business skills. Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) is a crucial component of a UNSW Business degree. Through placements or project work, undergraduate and postgraduate students will gain valuable industry experience by examining organisational opportunities, problems, and issues through the lens of various disciplines. To effectively deliver face-to-face, hybrid, and online tutorials and workshops, we are looking for enthusiastic sessional/casual professionals who: Genuinely enjoy helping others progress through their life and learning journeys Have experience in coaching, mentoring, teaching, and/or learning facilitation Have professional industry experience in commercial, government, or for-purpose organisations For working with postgraduate students, a minimum of 10 years of experience is required For undergraduate students, a minimum of 5 years of experience is required Bring a broad multi-disciplinary perspective to organisational issues and stakeholder engagement Thrive in collaborative environments to build solutions that create value Are motivated to complete job-related administrative tasks UNSW is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
