Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Workers Comp and Well-being Business Partner at Southern Cross Care Tasmania in Hobart, TAS. The Business Partner will be responsible for managing workers' compensation claims, promoting employee well-being initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to create a safe and healthy work environment. Qualifications Experience in managing workers' compensation claims and well-being programs Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Relevant certification or degree in HR, Occupational Health, or related field Experience in the aged care or healthcare industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
