An exciting opportunity has come up in Lumus Imaging for an experienced clerical professional looking for a new challenge or an opportunity to branch into IT in a fully remote role ! In the role as the NSW Hospital RIS/PACs Workflow Coordinator , you will be responsible for providing coordination and support for radiologists and the clinic operations team to maximise efficiency and improve overall service delivery to patients and referrers. Key Responsibilities will include: Workflow Management: Manage KPIs of hospital contracts, coordinate daily workflow of radiologists, and communicate any interruption, delay, or change of service to hospitals as required. Service Excellence and Work Relationships: Provide excellent quality service to internal and external customer queries, build positive workplace relationships, answer calls, and troubleshoot with hospitals and referrers. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyse data relating to workflow efficiency, Radiologist metrics, and performance to key contract KPIs. Provide data internally and externally around IT outages, and ensure accurate invoicing is achieved through variance, TAT dispute, and case billing analysis. Proficiency in Radiology IT platforms (RIS/PACS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Clerical/administration experience: At least 2 years' experience in a radiology clinic environment. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with Radiologists, management, and site-based teams.
