About the Role As a Workflow Manager you will be working with the Collateral workstream within the Institutional Capital Reforms Program. A high priority program that will deliver several major system and process changes in response to the requirements released by APRA under APS 112 and APS 113. These changes will impact on a number of existing ANZ systems and result in significant technology and process changes that will need to be effectively defined, planned, implemented and adapted by the organisation to ensure compliance with the new requirements. A key deliverable of the Collateral stream is to undertake an extensive review of our existing global portfolio of clients to assess their existing collateral arrangements, how they are documented and recorded in core systems to assess whether any uplift is required. The Workflow Manager role has been created to manage the workflow and prioritisation of cases for a dedicated project team. The Workflow Manager will be accountable for all aspects of workflow across the collateral review, and they will use the workflow data to derive insights on output, productivity and core task timings in order to understand adherence to plan and resource management. Role Type: 12mos Fixed-Term ContractRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week What will your day look like? Your key accountabilities will include: Manage the day-to-day team workflow across multiple hubs and teams, including case allocation. Use data and insights to support leads in the prioritisation and allocation of work and resources. Forward planning and identification of workflow trends. Monitor, track and manage the status of cases. Use your creativity, skills & curiosity to reinvent, simplify, and improve internal processes to target ongoing operational efficiency. Monitor and manage how we are tracking to our resourcing/effort hypothesis and provide insight into variances and recommendations on required changes. Provide advice to stakeholders on how we are tracking to plan and advice on any required deviation/levers. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Experience using workflow management/productivity and planning tools. Proven ability to use data to derive insights into resourcing and workflow. Strong attention to detail. Proven ability to present insights and key information to senior stakeholders. Experience working with Institutional Products. Quality Control Assessment Experience. You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
