What You'll Do Develop and Deliver Training: Create and deliver engaging training and professional development programs for new and returning inspectors. Address areas for improvement and ensure ongoing learning. Mentoring & Coaching: Take on a mentoring role, guiding new inspectors and investigators through competency development and professional growth. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure training meets business objectives and contributes to organizational success. Content Development: Assist subject matter experts in developing training materials and provide content advice on technical and skills maintenance. Training Systems Audits: Conduct audits and moderation activities to ensure training content and delivery complies with industry standards. Industry Engagement: Maintain industry relationships and stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in inspections and investigations across different jurisdictions. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of strong technical expertise in workplace inspections, investigations, and adult learning, alongside a passion for professional development. We value candidates who can adapt to the dynamic nature of the role and the needs of the organization, ensuring that training programs are always relevant and impactful. Essential Skills & Qualifications Experience in workplace inspections, investigations, or similar compliance roles. Strong knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework and experience in training and assessment. Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet both business objectives and learner needs. Experience with digital solutions to deliver and facilitate learning. High-level communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. A proactive approach to mentoring and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Desirable Experience Qualifications in Training and Assessment and/or Government (Workplace Inspections or Investigations) would be advantageous.
