As a Workforce Coordinator, your focus will be to maximise the client’s wellbeing in their home, the clients' experience with our staff, and our staff’s experience providing care to those at home. You’ll achieve this through: Effective management, scheduling and allocation of our direct care workforce who provide in-home support and care to clients within the region Building the capability of the direct care workforce to ensure the delivery of excellent care and services to our clients Roster all client services in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner to ensure client satisfaction Working collaboratively with senior staff and other regional team members Maintaining client and employee electronic records, ensuring regular contact with the regional teams and Specialist Support team to ensure accuracy of information Seeking and responding to client feedback and queries to deliver exceptional customer service to Benetas Clients Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding and retention of the direct care workforce To best support our clients, we’re looking for people with: Experience in rostering/scheduling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positions Proven methods for staying organised and problem-solving Strategies for engaging with and building the capability of a remote workforce Qualifications in aged care, disability, community development, administration or leadership are highly desirable, as well as experience in aged care Ability to provide or obtain a suitability police check outcome Why work with us?
