This role will see you: Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs to build the capabilities of current and emerging leaders. Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and team development initiatives tailored to diverse audiences and learning preferences. Continuously review and enhance leadership development programs to ensure they reflect the latest practices, tools, and research. Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify development needs and implement contemporary strategies that drive individual and team success. Develop high-quality, engaging, and learner-focused content for leadership, technical, and professional development programs, including eLearning, blended learning, and face-to-face formats. Incorporate mixed media into learning solutions, including videography, animations, eLearning modules, and infographics, to enhance engagement. Ensure all content is regularly updated and contemporised to reflect changing organisational needs, learner feedback, and advancements in instructional design. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored learning solutions that address those gaps effectively. Evaluate and refine learning materials through a process of continuous improvement, ensuring they remain impactful and relevant. Partner with HR to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to build talent pipelines and prepare employees for future leadership roles. Leverage innovative learning and development approaches to address individual skill gaps, ensuring employees are job-ready within the established timeframe of the succession plan. Maintain and continuously improve succession plans, utilising tools and processes that adapt to changing workforce dynamics. Monitor the effectiveness of succession planning initiatives and adjust strategies to ensure readiness and retention of top talent. About you: Desirable - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in leadership development, instructional design, career pathways, and succession planning within a corporate, not-for-profit, or government setting. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to various learning styles. Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, Adobe CC Premier Pro or other design platforms). Experience in content development through mixed media (e.g. videography, animations, eLearning modules, and other multimedia assets). Demonstrated success in managing multiple workforce development projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
