The Opportunity: As a Workforce Optimisation Lead, you will support senior leaders in implementing strategic workforce plans within the organisation. Reporting to the Manager of Student Experience, your role will involve analysing data from the contact centre, student hub teams, and other departmental sources to manage workforce productivity and ensure high levels of performance. Skilled in workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, and data analysis, you will identify areas for improvement and enhance, document, and implement workforce optimisation strategies. This includes developing methodologies, data, and tools for accurate forecasting of activity volumes and business needs. You will research and update workforce plans and strategies, analyse workforce management data, and communicate the implications for the short, medium, and long term. Additionally, you will liaise with various stakeholders to gather intelligence and support the development of recommendations for workforce-related issues. Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating analytical skills and workforce management capabilities is required to be successful in this role. The finer details and benefits: An ongoing, permanent government contract with full-time hours. Base salary of $98,000–$105,000 + superannuation, depending on experience. Aligned with an ASO6 full-time salary. Flexible working hours between 8 am and 5 pm to accommodate your work-life balance needs. Work from home two days per week and onsite three days a week.
