Job Description This role will deliver professional advice and expertise, implement best practice systems and processes, and provide coaching and leadership in the area of WHS. You will work closely with operational managers to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and provide specialist advice and assistance in relation to safety hazards, incident management, and risk management. Responsibilities Provide guidance, advice, and support to operational managers concerning their WHS responsibilities and the achievement of Aveo's safety objectives, KPIs, and compliance targets. Consult, advise, and guide managers and employees on a broad range of health and safety matters and work collaboratively to implement effective incident prevention and management practices. Advise on and assist with incident management, including investigating and managing notifiable and high-risk incidents and their actions.
