The Role As a Workplace Experience Manager & Executive Assistant , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our CEO. This multifaceted position combines office management, executive assistance, and global HR administration, creating a positive, productive, and enjoyable workplace for our team. In this role, you will have a direct impact on cultivating an environment where our people feel empowered to do their best work, while also supporting the CEO in managing their day-to-day activities and key initiatives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional, safe, and enjoyable environment for all employees. You’ll manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, while coordinating team events, wellbeing initiatives, and celebrations. Executive Assistance: Provide confidential and seamless administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence. You will also act as the primary point of contact for the CEO and manage follow-ups on key projects to ensure timely completion. HR Administration: Support the global HR team throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HR documentation and compliance, and providing support for HR initiatives and policies. Project Management: Lead and contribute to a variety of projects across the operations and HR functions, improving processes, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes to ensure efficient project completion. What You’ll Need to Be Successful: Previous experience in office management, executive assistance, or HR support, with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing demands. Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure clear, concise communication. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work, from managing HR documentation to ensuring the smooth running of office operations. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to creatively tackle challenges and bring new ideas to life. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a natural ability to build positive relationships across the organisation. A basic understanding of global HR practices and compliance requirements, alongside proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. What can you expect from us?
