The Opportunity: Client and Visitor Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and visitors, delivering exceptional service and a welcoming experience. Administrative Support: Provide cross-functional administrative support, including document formatting for project delivery, and manage training and travel arrangements. Workplace Experience: Identify and implement improvements to optimize the office environment and employee experience. Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they feel supported and integrated from day one. Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage workplace events, aligning with company-wide initiatives and local office activities. Internal Communication: Contribute to the internal communication channel by sharing updates and key information with the wider business. Health, Safety, and Environment Administration Support: Assist the HSSE team in maintaining the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS). Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, mail/courier services, and basic facilities management tasks. Work flexibly: This role is part-time Monday to Friday approx 25 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract. What you bring: Minimum 2+ years experience in a fast-paced office environment working with multiple stakeholders. MS Office skills at an intermediate to advanced level preferred. Demonstrated experience in a role centered around people and focused on delivering exceptional client or customer service. Quick learner with the capability to adapt to digital tools and new systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication. Team-oriented collaborator with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels within the organization. Friendly and energetic personality with a genuine enthusiasm for fostering an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere. Proactive, adaptable, and resilient; you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, people-focused environment. A team player but also comfortable working autonomously.
