About The Role The Works Delivery Manager (Electrical Services) combines their trade-based skills and management skills in order to effectively manage and deliver our program of work. The Works Delivery Manager works closely with various internal stakeholders, including Planning and Field Delivery teams, with a key focus in underground electrical assets and ground mounted switchgear.Our works management process has recently been updated, and now is an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping the future of how work is managed, delivering work safely and meeting customer needs.You’ll be involved in customer liaison and managing the workflow between the Works Management Team and the Field Delivery Team. This is an important role in ensuring we have a safe and efficient schedule of work. About You To be successful in this role, you'll hold a relevant trade qualification (essential), coupled with a Cert-IV Leadership or Project Management qualification (or a closely related field) or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and skills (desirable). A background in power utilities would be highly regarded.You'll possess strong safety leadership capability within a similar role, the ability to schedule and prioritise work situations with driving results at the forefront of your work.Our preferred candidate will carry extensive business insight skills with a proven track record of effectively using SAP or comparable systems to analyse workflows, monitor current metrics and enhance performance.
