We are seeking someone with great organisational skills and a cool head to become our Workshop Controller. This is a senior role, so you will need to have worked as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician and hold a current Mechanical Trade Qualification. Proof of your eligibility to work in Australia and a valid Australian Manual Driver's License are also essential. As the linchpin of our workshop, you'll act as support to the Service Manager and Service Advisors, so you'll need to maintain good working relationships with all departments. You'll also need excellent communication and leadership skills, as you'll be responsible for supervising the quality of all work performed in the workshop and ensuring it is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner. An eye for detail is essential to maintain our Fixed Right First Time work ethic. If you've read all this without breaking into a sweat, then you may be who we need.
