We are looking for a passionate and experienced Workshop Manager to join our well-established team in Moranbah to manage the servicing, maintenance and repair of a fleet of SSAN haulage trucks and ancillary equipment. The ideal person for this role will have the capability to hit the ground running and lead a strong team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the servicing, maintenance, and repair of haulage trucks and ancillary equipment. Lead and support a strong team to achieve operational goals. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures. Qualifications and Experience: Mechanical Trade Certification. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role. Experience in a heavy transport or mining environment. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Motivated and enjoy challenges.
