Workshop Store Person / Admin Support | Laverton $30.00 - $38.00 p.h. + penalty rates + super STOREPERSON: Join Australia's Leading Sustainable Materials Supplier. We are looking for our next Storeperson/Administration Support to join our team in our Workshop in Laverton North. You will provide support to the Alex Fraser Maintenance Team and be responsible for: Controlling stock levels, including ordering and receiving of parts and materials for three operational sites. Managing dispatch and arriving stock. Maintaining stock database through in-house systems, carrying out stocktakes as required. Providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and tradespeople. Creating purchase orders, invoicing and general Adhoc admin tasks. Providing scheduling support to Supervisor. Picking and prepping servicing/maintenance kits. Lending a hand whenever it's needed and tackling any extra tasks that come your way. Work satisfaction. This role is a great fit for you if you: Forklift licence (desirable). Confident with computers, picking up new technology/systems. Have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written. Are highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude. Have great time management skills with the ability to work in high-pressure situations. Experience in a trucking and/or heavy earthmoving industry will help you pick up the role quicker, but we are happy to train the right person. Stock control experience.
