WORK FOR A COMPANY BUILT ON INTEGRITY & TRUST ABOUT THE ROLE: The Bob Jane T-Marts Training Department is looking for a team member to join our team in the position of a Workshop Training Manager based at our NSW Support Office in Haberfield. This is a great opportunity for those in the industry to take the next step in their careers to educate and mentor new and existing team members. Reporting to the National Training and Development Manager, this role allows an individual to further enhance their skill set and provides a great career pathway opportunity. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience (5+ Years) in an automotive environment. Competent in conducting and delivering wheel alignment training. Strong understanding of workshop operations, including tyre fitting, wheel balancing and tyre repairs. Experience training and developing new and existing team members. Knowledge of WHS compliance and safety requirements in the automotive industry. Tasks & Responsibilities: Conduct training programs intrastate and interstate across a variety of formats, including in-store sessions, classroom workshops and online sessions. Deliver comprehensive workshop training, including tyre fitting, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, and equipment maintenance. Tailor training sessions to address the specific needs of individual stores or teams. Collaborate with the National Training Manager to design and continuously improve training materials and programs. Develop engaging training resources, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules. Incorporate feedback from team members and management to refine and enhance training effectiveness. Assess the current skill levels of team members and identify knowledge gaps. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to foster continuous improvement. Evaluate learning outcomes to ensure training objectives are met and implemented in day-to-day operations. Ensure all training programs align with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards and company policies. Train team members on safety procedures, equipment usage, and compliance requirements specific to the tyre industry. Maintain detailed records of all training sessions conducted, including attendance, outcomes, and feedback. Provide regular reports to the National Training Manager on training activities, challenges, and successes. Track and analyze training performance metrics to evaluate program impact and recommend improvements.
