Title: eHealth Change and Training Analyst Requisition ID: 2650 Location: Box Hill, VIC, AU, 3128 Job Posting Date: 4 Feb 2025 eHealth Change and Training Analyst Limited Term Full Time | 9 months Box Hill | Close to cafes, public transport and shops Culture of learning and improvement | Partner in care at a leading health service About the role The eHealth Change and Training Analyst is responsible for managing change initiatives and developing training programs related to electronic medical records. This role ensures that changes to eHealth applications and processes are effectively implemented, communicated, and adopted by end-users. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, create educational materials, and facilitate training sessions to support the successful adoption of the solutions. About you To be successful in this role you will possess: Experience in change management, training and/or business analysis in a healthcare setting Sound understanding of, and experience with, change processes and workflows at various stages of the implementation of a major transformational project Experience in the implementation of a clinical or health department information system Experience in benefit realisation modelling, monitoring, and delivery of benefits Experience in development and delivery of communication plans including marketing, branding and stakeholder engagement Experience in developing training plans and delivering training Facilitation skills in a stakeholder group setting at all levels of the organization Strong communication and presentation skills High level of computer literacy Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.
