Job no: 894735Work type: Full timeLocation: Adelaide CBDCategories: Administration, Business and Management Central Adelaide Local Health Network, Adelaide Salary ASO-4 $76,561 -$80,256 p.a. + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Two full-time temporary positions up to 12 months About the Role As an eLearning Project Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) operations across the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) and Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS). In this dynamic role, you’ll focus on enhancing the learner experience by contributing to the development of online resources and supporting engaging learning content. You’ll have the opportunity to create impactful online courses and training modules, and produce video, graphical, and interactive learning assets. Your expertise and proactive approach will help shape educational initiatives across the organisation, ensuring systems and processes align with the strategic direction. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will also ensure efficient resolution of issues, fostering continuous improvement in both learning delivery and LMS operations. Working closely with the eLearning Capability Manager, you’ll also provide essential first-line technical support through the LMS Help Desk, ensuring users have seamless access to the learning platform. You will also be responsible for triaging and escalating more complex issues to the eLearning team. Your contributions will extend to working on LMS projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as system specialists, LMS vendors, educators, and subject matter experts, all while adhering to tight timelines. About You We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as an eLearning Project Officer. The ideal candidate will have: Expertise in e-learning and multimedia production, including SCORM, video editing, and graphic design software. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for resolving issues swiftly. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders. Previous experience in supporting learning management systems and creating educational content.
