FinXL IT is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Full-Stack Java Engineer to join our growing team at a leading financial services organisation. This exciting 12-months+ contract opportunity offers to work on challenging projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As part of the growing team, you'll be working on enterprise-level applications, utilising your expertise in core Java, Spring frameworks, AWS, Angular, SQL, and Unix to help deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our client. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack Java applications. Work with core Java, Spring MVC, Security, and Spring Batch frameworks. Build and deploy applications on AWS infrastructure. Implement front-end features using Angular. Write efficient SQL queries and optimise database performance. Work in a Unix environment and ensure smooth deployment and system integration. Essential Skills & Experience: Full-Stack Java Engineer experience in financial services organisations. Strong proficiency in core Java. Hands-on experience with Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Batch. Familiarity with AWS services. Strong front-end experience with Angular. Proficient in SQL for database management and optimisation. Experience working in a Unix-based environment.
