What You’ll Do: Sales & Financial Performance Support category teams in achieving sales, gross profit, and inventory targets. Optimize profitability through strategic inventory management and range performance analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage inventory within KPIs and guidelines. Inventory Allocation Management Use allocation tools like JDA Replenishment to ensure products are allocated and replenished accurately and on time. Maintain product lifecycles and actively monitor aged inventory to drive sell-through. Balance inventory across stores and adhere to replenishment timelines and processes. Ensure Trade Partners receive accurate forecasting information. Communication Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights into inventory needs. Respond to queries promptly and contribute to discussions in Category Champion meetings. Deliver clear and engaging weekly communication to stores. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience, within a similar role, in a large retail environment (100+ stores) managing stock allocation, replenishment, and initial allocations. Strong analytical skills to address understock/overstock issues, produce detailed reporting, and respond to store-level queries. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally. High degree of computer literacy. Why Join rebel?
