We are seeking an experienced administrator for a full-time role with a highly reputable road and civil construction business located in the Ipswich area. This position offers challenge and variety, encompassing a range of business support tasks for all corporate services including, administration/business, IT, HR, finance, marketing responsibilities and general PA support. Duties include: Ordering supplies, stationery, uniforms and PPE. Booking travel, training and meetings. Event planning and co-ordination. HR and recruitment administration (including Kronos support and maintenance). Organising general office repairs and maintenance. Maintaining online content of website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. Providing administrative and secretarial support to management team. Organising marketing material requirements (including brochures, business cards). Organising corporate sponsorship requirements and maintaining relationships, as well as co-ordinating exhibits at conferences and trade expos. Providing general administrative support to the accounts team (including assisting with payroll, AP and AR if required). To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate: Previous aligned business support/administration experience (ideally this will include some experience supporting in areas such as marketing, events, HR and finance). Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and effectively manage workload to meet competing deadlines. Confidence learning and using technology (including intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook; ideally you will also have had some exposure to corporate ERP systems). Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Availability to commence asap and work Monday to Friday (flexible to start at either 7am or 8am).
