Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Promotions and Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Content Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, build partnerships, manage content activations, oversee listener relations, and assist with day-to-day office tasks. Day to day you will: Collaborate closely with the Content Manager to develop and implement a localised promotions and marketing strategy tailored to the station's goals. Oversee the execution and ongoing management of station promotions, activations, and events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet target outcomes. Build and nurture strong relationships with media and public relations stakeholders to effectively promote the station and enhance its visibility. Identify, create, and implement partnership opportunities that align with the station’s strategic objectives. Coordinate with various programs and departments to implement content activations, special events, and initiatives that engage listeners and drive station awareness. Manage listener relations, fostering positive interactions and maintaining a strong connection between the station and its audience. Provide support in managing rosters and scheduling, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all team members. Conduct staff inductions, ensuring new employees are integrated effectively into the team. Support building management, help coordinate staff social events, and encourage team engagement. Handle reception duties as needed, providing a welcoming environment for staff, guests, and visitors. Oversee station inventory, including merchandise and promotional materials, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for distribution. Qualifications What we would like: Proven experience in promotions, marketing, or public relations, preferably within the media or entertainment industry. Strong relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with media, stakeholders, and partners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Creative mindset with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
