Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a Finance Officer or Assistant Accountant wanting to develop their skill-set in Financial Accounting, joining one of Queensland's largest Government departments: Initial 12 month contract Attractive hourly rate Based Brisbane CBD, close to public transport What you'll do: Assist in the preparation of the department’s financial statements and other financial management and reporting. Assist in the preparation of monthly reconciliations and review of general ledger accounts. Utilise knowledge of SAP and Excel in daily tasks. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of desk manuals and other administration documents. Undertake other administrative support functions as required.
