Your new role As the APS6 Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting finance improvement projects. Your new role will include, though not be limited to: Conducting detailed financial analysis, assessment of processes and the Financial Management Information System (FMIS - TechnoclogyOne). Working with project leads and assisting with user acceptance testing to ensure execution of testing phases. Assisting with communication, development and implementation of training programs related to the financial system and improvements. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure business improvement and delivery of project goals. Representing the team in both internal and external meetings. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need: Baseline Security Clearance. Experience working within a project as a finance officer or subject-matter expert delivering and supporting FMIS projects. What you'll get in return In return, you will be offered an initial 12-month non-ongoing contract or, for existing APS employees, you will be offered an S26 Transfer. You will have the ability to work from home whilst working within a collaborative team with a positive culture.
