About the role: The Office Manager is responsible to the Chief Information Officer for leading the development and ongoing management of a range of support services to the Chief Information Officer and the broader ICT Services division. The Office Manager develops positive partnerships and collaborative working relationships with all sections across ICT Services, and plays a lead role in the proactive identification, management and resolution of complex administration matters and process improvement opportunities. The Office Manager will also establish collaborative and strategic relationships with central divisions across the agency, ensuring the work of ICT Services is cohesive and connected. Qualifications: Essential: Nil Desirable: A tertiary qualification in business, human resource management, or equivalent experience. Special conditions: The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years. For all other Special Conditions please refer to the attached Position Description. Remuneration: ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
