About the role Are you passionate about Aboriginal Heritage and Native Title management? Do you have experience in coordinating and contributing to business initiatives? Water Corporation is seeking a dedicated Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and provide advice that contributes to the development and implementation of initiatives to deliver improved business processes. You will also participate in a centre of expertise to ensure the effective management of a ‘whole of business’ approach to Aboriginal Heritage and Native Title management. Who are we? Purchase additional leave of up to 12 weeks or work 4 years at a reduced salary and take the fifth year off as paid leave What the role will involve Delivery: Participate in the design, delivery, and support of a ‘whole of business’ approach to Aboriginal Heritage and Native Title management. Support the team in identifying and researching best practices and improvements. Stakeholder Management: Engage and partner with stakeholders to determine needs and provide advice and guidance. Develop and maintain positive and effective collaborative working relationships. Continuous Improvements: Identify areas for genuine improvements in process, policy, and administration of Aboriginal issues. Coordinate the development and implementation of ongoing training. Ethics and Compliance: Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy, and ethical standards. Carry out responsibilities in accordance with Water Corporation's Code of Conduct and other policies. About you Essential Criteria: Substantial experience in coordinating and contributing to business initiatives across a large multi-disciplined organisation. Experience in participating, undertaking, and implementing strategic and tactical business-related projects. Understanding of State and Federal legislation relating to Aboriginal Heritage and Native Title. Well-developed interpersonal, conceptual, and analytical skills. Desirable Criteria: Understanding of project management principles and practices. Good computing skills, including proficiency with Microsoft suite of systems. Sound like a match?
