In this role, you'll: Work closely with passengers on the network to help educate on fare compliance and travel conditions and issue fines and/or cautions when these conditions are not being adhered to. Work collaboratively in a close-knit team to provide a high level of customer service in high-pressure situations. Use problem-solving skills to deliver the best outcomes to customers and the network. Your base location will be Redfern, and we will provide you with all the necessary training to see you succeed.
