The Role: As our Accommodation Manager , you will lead the front-of-house and housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional service standards. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all accommodation-related operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning. Lead and manage the front office, housekeeping, and reservations teams. Develop and implement procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ensure all guest inquiries, bookings, and issues are handled promptly and professionally. Manage room inventory, pricing strategies, and occupancy targets to optimize revenue. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all accommodation areas. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Handle budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare operational reports. Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive and high-performing team. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an Accommodation Manager, Front Office Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on guest service excellence. Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management. Understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
