Qualifications & Experience At least 4 years experience in a similar role Exposure to accounting and payroll systems would be required. MYOB payroll experience is advantageous Experience in dealing with suppliers and internal staff and managing a number of accounts payable invoices on a weekly basis Tasks & Responsibilities Processing weekly timesheets for employees and subcontractors and entry into the payroll system Processing weekly payroll and disbursements of funds Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. through MEX and MYOB Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances including bank statements Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices, and responding to all vendor inquiries regarding accounts Preparing and following up on accounts payable as requested by the Accountant Continuous improvement to processes for administrative and accounting tasks If you believe your qualifications align with the requirements outlined above, we encourage you to submit your CV through SEEK.
