Full-time position based at our Arundel Head Office on the Gold Coast, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday. What do we require of our Admin & Sales Support Superstar staff member? As a vital part of our small, bustling team, your key responsibilities will include: Answering the business phone 1800 Number. Taking bookings and managing the technicians' diaries. Ensuring the swift resolution and follow-up of customer queries, product and service sales, quote requests, booking or customer/client satisfaction, and upselling full company services/treatments, all initiated from: Email enquiries, Live Chat on Websites, Incoming calls. Managing online orders from customers and trade orders for our subcontract partners. Sending out jobs/purchase orders to technicians in other areas outside of Queensland. Following up quotes and completed jobs. Providing sales support for MD and technicians. Liaising with the marketing team for sales emails, newsletters, and basic data sheets. Our ideal candidate will have: Exceptional organizational abilities. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal. A natural rapport and relationship builder at all levels. Able to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple tasks. Solutions-oriented, proactive, and productive. Skilled in using MS Office, Google suite of products, and generally cloud-savvy. Proven willingness to learn. Happy to work on their own. Current Australian driver's license and right to work in Australia. Other experience beneficial: Worked with a CRM. The candidate we are looking for is someone who wants to come to work every day, eager and motivated.
