What You'll Do: Manage sales orders from our sales team efficiently and accurately. Generate invoices and pick slips for smooth truck allocation. Conduct regular stock audits to maintain optimal inventory levels. Place and track stock orders to ensure timely replenishment. Receive and meticulously record goods into our system. Perform monthly stocktakes to uphold inventory integrity. Assist in maintaining delivery schedule to meet our customer requirements. Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone. Your Skills: Advanced data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Reliable, punctual, and proactive. Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with Dangerous Goods classifications is a plus. Possession of a current Driver’s licence ("C" Class) preferred.
