(pro rata) + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Full-time and part-time temporary positions up to 6/3/26 About the Role As an Outpatient Administrative Support staff member, you’ll play a key role in providing essential, confidential frontline administrative support to the Central Adelaide LHN Outpatient Support Services Department. Reporting to the Outpatient Co-ordinator, you’ll help ensure the smooth operation of outpatient services, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and staff alike. In this dynamic position, you will develop a broad skill set across all areas of the Outpatient Support Services. Your responsibilities will include working autonomously while delivering high-quality administrative assistance and maintaining a high standard of service. About You We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, organised, and can deliver exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key role requirements include: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with staff and the public, maintaining confidentiality and cultural sensitivity. Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines while producing high-quality, accurate work under pressure. Strong experience in administrative support, including data entry, secretarial functions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A solid understanding of medical terminology and commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a confidential and professional manner.
