This is a 3-month casual contract with full-time hours and the potential for this role to become permanent with the client in the future based on performance. The position follows a 4-on, 4-off night shift roster. The remuneration for this position is $45.00 + Super. Responsibilities: Maintain and update maintenance records, technical logs, and engineering documentation. Ensure data entry complies with regulatory and safety standards. Process and track maintenance documentation for the CAMO team. Support OHS compliance by updating records and assisting in audits and inspections. Follow company policies for accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance. Operational Deliverables: Track and expedite missing Technical/Flight Logs daily. Assist in compiling and formatting maintenance reports. Identify and escalate data discrepancies affecting component changes. Monitor and ensure component changes are completed within the 7-day KPI. Provide administrative support for accurate data entry and retrieval. Skills/Competencies: Data entry skills. Previous experience in maintenance/engineering environment (highly desirable). Process driven, with experience in constructing new processes to deliver business goals. Attention to detail and organization skills. Good IT skills. Training is provided. Punctual and reliable.
