The Team: The Tasmanian Eating Disorder Service delivers integrated specialist care for adults with eating disorders including community-based intensive treatment in the North, North West, and South of Tasmania plus a statewide residential recovery program. The Role: As part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high quality Mental Health Services in accordance with the Mental Health Services Strategic Plan, Mental Health Service principles, National Mental Health Standards, Agency policy, legal requirements, and relevant professional competencies, the Administrative Assistant – TEDS will: Provide day-to-day administrative support to TEDS. Contribute towards optimal administrative and business support processes at the local level. You will need to: Provide the first contact facility for clients and relatives, relaying information and calls immediately to the appropriate professionals. Provide a specialized clerical facility for the TEDS, interview clients/relatives for registration details, and update the computerized record. Liaise with other Mental Health Services personnel as well as external agencies and stakeholders. Details of appointment: General Stream, Band 2. Permanent part-time, day worker position, working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
