About the Role Through MoleMap for Business, we provide skin checks to employees through workplace programs, paid for or subsidised by their employers. This is an important channel for making skin checks more affordable and accessible to more people. We are currently expanding our team and need additional support. If you are a whip-smart, self-organised professional with excellent administrative skills, we'd love to have you on the team. The role is full-time and based out of Sydney, Australia (office located in Mascot). Your key responsibilities will be to support the delivery of our corporate programs and the nurses that deliver on these programs, including: Setting up the programs in the back end of our systems (generating voucher codes and booking links) Fielding enquiries and troubleshooting issues that may arise Booking travel Communicating with nurses regarding their schedules and travel itineraries Managing casual nurse availability and resourcing Assisting the manager with resource planning Liaising with ops regarding resourcing across channels This role is part of a growing and dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and life-saving programs.
