The position works to support the day to day operations of our Inclusion Department. About the Role Responsibilities include: Be the first point of contact for all Inclusion Department enquiries (phone calls and emails) Provide confidential administrative support to the Deputy Principal - Inclusion Assist in the organisation of Inclusion Department staff. Assist in the daily coordination of our Inclusion Department Teacher Aides. Organise meetings relevant to Inclusion Department, including case management meetings with Inclusion Department teachers and parents. Manage Inclusion Department office supplies. Assist in word processing, excel spreadsheets, and support the organisation of Inclusion Department teachers, for example, excursion letters. Promote and contribute to the direction of the Inclusion Department. Other suitable duties consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position. Please view the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities. Experience in OneSchool and IDAttend will be highly regarded. About You: Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and can build strong working relationships and rapport with a diverse range of people. Strong interpersonal and “customer service” skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Displays confidentiality, tact, reliability and sensitivity to staff, students and families Has the ability to work with minimum supervision to meet deadlines Mandatory requirements: A criminal history check will be initiated on the successful applicant The successful applicant must hold a current positive Working with Children Check clearance (Blue Card) Interested?
