Neville Bonner Primary School is a large primary school site located in North Gungahlin with around 700 enrolments and a culturally diverse community. Neville Bonner Primary School is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to undertake the role of Executive Assistant and Enrolments Officer. The successful applicant will undertake a variety of administration tasks as directed by the Business Manager including reception duties, enrolment processes, and general day-to-day support in a busy front office environment.The Executive Assistant and Enrolments Officer will support the school’s principal and, on occasions, the two deputy principals as well as the Business Manager with executive support. This may include calendar management, coordinating and supporting meetings, and preparing correspondence, all whilst maintaining confidentiality requirements. The successful applicant must be able to work independently and collaboratively with the front office and executive team, as well as providing a warm and welcoming customer service approach to our community.
