The Education Directorate's Media and Content team is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our small team in delivering high-quality social media and content about ACT public schools. Under broad direction of the Director, Media and Content, you will: Plan, produce, and coordinate a broad range of communication content and activities to promote ACT public schools, including for social media and website publication. Identify, produce, and schedule engaging content and stories relevant to the ACT public school community. Liaise with designers, videographers, and external service providers (where relevant) to produce high-quality, engaging, and dynamic content for social media channels. Collaborate with schools, stakeholders, subject matter experts, multidisciplinary teams within other directorates, and Ministerial offices to source, design, edit, and approve content. Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 21 November 2025 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
