As a member of the Student Support Services team, you'll be responsible for providing the best available support to our students and their learning journey. This includes converting registrations to enrolments and ensuring students are given support; both pre and post training commencement. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate data entry in IT systems (VETtrak, VETenrol, Canvas, ReadySkills) and maintain compliance with enrolment processes. Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound/outbound calls, responding to enquiries, and supporting students pre/post-training. Conduct student enrolments, Pre-Training Reviews, and eligibility assessments efficiently and in compliance with guidelines. Process and verify enrolment paperwork, ensuring completion and compliance with regulations. Meet daily performance targets, including call volume, enrolments, and response time-frames. Assist with internal audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and administrative tasks as required. About You You'll have a strong ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and have excellent communication and customer service skills with a student-focused approach. In addition, you'll have: Experience in an RTO or administrative setting with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with VETtrak is preferred. Understanding of Skills First, Higher Level Skills, Smart and Skilled, and Vet Student Loan programs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet KPIs and compliance requirements. Ability to build rapport across all levels of the business with a flexible and adaptable approach. Join Us and Make a Difference!
