About The Role In this 12 month fixed term contract role as a Admissions Officer , you will play a key role in guiding students through their journey with BKI. You will provide exceptional customer service, helping prospective and current students understand course offerings, navigate the application process, and successfully complete enrolment. This role is critical in ensuring that courses meet the right student numbers and enrolments are processed smoothly. Responsibilities Engage with prospective students, providing accurate course and enrolment information. Guide students through the application and pre-enrolment process, ensuring eligibility assessments are completed. Process applications, assess documentation, and convert enquiries into successful enrolments. Conduct eligibility interviews where applicable. Maintain accurate records in BKI’s student management systems. Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students. Assist in student-related events such as Open Days and Experience Days. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the admissions process. About You We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual with strong administrative and problem-solving skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with people, and have a passion for education, this role is for you! You Will Bring Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Experience in an educational environment is essential. Previous experience in admissions, enrolments, or a similar administrative role. Ability to build positive relationships with students and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
