Reporting to the Service Manager AU, your key duties will include: Role Purpose To manage the day-to-day activities of the Service Centre and oversee the operations of the central return centres (CRC) and refurbishment area in AU for Ryobi, AEG, and Floorcare. What your day-to-day looks like Monitor and maintain technical information in TTI systems Attend product training to keep up to date with current product information Oversee the daily operations of the Service Centre, CRC and Refurbishment centres within Australia Oversee and manage the daily duties of the tool inspectors, providing updated training and assistance as required Assist the quality teams with level two product collections and assessments Achieve annual inspections and assessment rates as per operational and budget requirements Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and sustainable standards What you will need to do this role Experience in warehouse management operations and systems Experience in the management of reverse logistics, operations, and systems Strong stakeholder management skills – adept at conversing with all levels across the organisation Previous experience in leading high performing teams Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering the most positive outcome for all parties #J-18808-Ljbffr
