Doutta Galla has a great opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day running of our Lynches Bridge Residential Aged Care Home in Kensington. This role has a focus on continuous improvement and ensuring that services are delivered in line with organisational values and quality standards. It is key in ensuring residents continue to receive high-quality person-centred care services and that the home operates effectively and efficiently. What you will bring: Current AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification. Commercially astute with experience in Aged Care. Empathetic and resilient leader focused on building and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Passion for leading and managing teams to achieve high standards.
