About the Role We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Cleveland Heights Retirement Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality daily care services to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support to enhance the independence and well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities Provide safe and effective daily personal care tailored to individual resident needs Assist residents with medical and personal support, domestic cleaning, and general administrative duties Support residents with recreational and social activities Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services Requirements Certificate III / IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance (required) Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required) Current Police Check clearance (required) Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required) Benefits Competitive hourly rate with 25% casual loading + super + aged care award entitlements Sleepover accommodation and daily allowances provided (if applicable) Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Discounts to health insurance and retail partners Opportunity to work across multiple communities Why Choose Aveo?
