Our deployed workforce of 1,200+ consultants work on projects and BAU assignments across a diverse customer base. FinXL is looking to engage a Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) for business and consulting services for one of our high-profile clients on an initial 6 month engagement. Key skills and experience include: Minimum 3 - 5 years as a Scrum Master or Leader in Business and software development environments. Excellent knowledge of the SCRUM framework and associated ceremonies, artifacts, and techniques. Good understanding of other Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Kanban. Familiarity with software development processes. Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Proficient in Agile tools like Jira and Confluence. Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, or additional certifications in Agile methodologies or project management. Experience in HubSpot would be a bonus.
