Job Title Program Delivery Manager (Agile Teams / MDM) Location Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney Job Type Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of programs using Agile methodologies, with a focus on Master Data Management (MDM) . The role will ensure successful project execution, alignment with business goals, and collaboration across Agile teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end delivery of MDM projects within Agile frameworks. Lead Agile teams, ensuring efficient program execution and delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and objectives. Manage risks, track progress, and ensure alignment with business and data governance standards. Drive continuous improvement and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprints, stand-ups). Required Skills Strong experience in Agile methodologies and program delivery. Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
