About the role As an Analytics Business Partner , you’ll be the crucial link between our data and the strategic decisions that propel our business forward. Reporting to the Head of Insights, Data, and Analytics, you’ll partner with the CFO Team’s senior business leaders and Officeworks Leadership Team (OLT) members to design and deliver analytics roadmaps that support data-driven decision-making across the portfolio, including Finance, Risk and Compliance, Property, Strategy and Sustainability. Key Responsibilities Strategic Analytics Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth through data-driven insights. Insight Delivery: Provide timely and proactive insights to support strategic goals across various business units. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional analytics projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across our Insights, Data, and Analytics team. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Data Stewardship: Maintain the integrity and security of data in line with Officeworks policies. This is a hybrid role based out of our Chadstone Support Office 3 days a week in Victoria. About you You'll Bring: Educational Background: A degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in a similar analytics role with a focus on partnering with senior stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and familiarity with SAP, SQL and data management platforms like AWS and Snowflake. Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects. Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors. Growth Mindset: An eagerness to continuously learn and grow. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, capable of developing innovative solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting complex information clearly.
