The Role The selected candidate will collaborate closely with both the Managing Director and Operations Manager to develop and implement the overall farm plan, which will play a vital role in the future success of the agricultural enterprise.As the Turf Farm Manager, you will oversee all aspects of farm management on our 500-hectare property, including 180 hectares under irrigated production. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that production and harvesting targets are met. You will lead a small team, coordinate seasonal harvesting, manage soil and turf health, and operate modern irrigation systems and machinery. The Ideal Candidate While previous experience in turf farming is an advantage, we are looking for someone with a strong background in farm or horticultural management, particularly with expertise in irrigation systems. You should possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for agriculture, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
