As a key member of the Digital & Technology team, you’ll lead the coordination of staff, application products, providers, and processes to ensure the continuous availability of critical applications including but not limited to the Microsoft 365 SharePoint environment, Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence), Air Maestro, EHR, Protecht, Crewdox, and more. You’ll also champion best practices in information security, privacy, and records management. A dynamic and experienced leader to manage and mentor a team of Business & Clinical Application Support Administrators and Specialists. Someone who can oversee the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of our software ecosystem and ensure the continuous availability of our core applications. You will be the primary point of contact and escalation for our business key-stakeholders in the application space, providing technical advice, delivery and availability of our software solutions. Someone who can collaborate with other IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of critical applications. Monitor application performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and security protocols. You’ll be able to demonstrate: Minimum: Diploma in a relevant study area Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong proficiency in application support and administration Experience in release management (including test and change management) Expertise in problem and incident management Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
