Your key responsibilities Implement compliance strategies for land development, authority works and capital delivery projects. Monitoring and reporting on compliance to construction specifications and industry standards in the delivery of water, non-drinking water and sewer infrastructure. Monitoring and reporting on effective implementation of contractor’s and consultant’s quality management systems including safe systems of work, asset quality management and environmental management. Ensure customer expectations are met throughout the delivery of works including liaising with customers directly on site to resolve issues. Providing effective liaison between the project managers and project consultants/contractors. Providing timely and sound project advice related to design, constructability and construction variations to Project Manager. Contributing effectively to project team during design, tender, construction and commissioning of water and sewerage projects. Contributing to the assessment of new products and materials. Provide recommendations for improvements to technical standards. What we’re looking for An Associate Diploma or equivalent qualifications with some relevant construction experience - highly desirable Experience in related water industry construction / auditing experience would be highly regarded Proficient in providing regular updates and detailed reports to project managers. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of MRWA WSAA Standards Sewerage installation and Water pipelaying courses, desirable Strong attention to detail Current Victorian drivers licence - mandatory Construction Induction Card – mandatory To view the full position description, click HERE.
