Assistant Marketing Manager – Emerging Markets (Chinese speaking) A leading global online trading company is seeking a Marketing Manager – Emerging Markets to drive regional marketing initiatives across Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines. This role is an opportunity to lead multi-channel marketing efforts, working across SEO, SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, and content localisation. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute localised marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, acquisition, and engagement. This hands-on role requires data-driven decision-making, market research, and cross-functional collaboration with CRM, content, and digital teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.Key Responsibilities Execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, Google Ads) to drive brand awareness and acquisition across APAC. Optimise digital performance (CTR, CPL, ROI) and support product launches. Collaborate with CRM and email teams to enhance engagement and retention. Track, analyse, and refine campaign performance using data insights. Manage content creation, localisation, and display ads while ensuring brand consistency. Translate and proofread in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (preferred). Oversee social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). Support local events, webinars, and educational initiatives. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends in CFD trading and forex. Ideal Candidate Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading). Experience in financial services or regulated industries (CFD trading background preferred). Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in social media tools like Sprout Social, Facebook Ads Manager, and Twitter Ads Manager. Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance metrics and A/B testing. Organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns across different time zones.
